Solar Priest Clear Resin 1/1

This solar priest is a 3D printed 1/1 prototype test. This clear working prototype statuette shows where the sun will shine through the light wells on the autumn equinox at noon in the NW United states. This tested to see if the sun will illuminate the eyes, medallion and project a heart shape in front of it. The statue needs to be pointed 327° to the NW in Oregon or Washington to ensure the alignment is correct. The clear material was intended to verify the proper positioning, and will probably negate the light wells as the material will pass light through the entire form.
